Most orders are completed with 7-10 days from when we receive your original media. Larger order of above 20 tapes, or a few hundred photos would take up to 14 days. We will provided a guideline as to how long your order will take once we have all the information about your requirements.

If you have an urgent requirement then we will always do our best to help and prioritise you order.

No, we do not need any payment upfront.

When we have completed all your conversions and know the final number of complete tapes, photos, or other media we will send you an invoice to pay online or by bank transfer. Once the invoice is paid we will send your USB sticks, DVDs, and cloud service links to you and return your original media if requested.

Only our technicians and processing staff will see your images and videos. They will not be shared or shown to any other third parties and we will not use any images on our websites or materials without permission from yourself.

You will need to post your media to us. We always recommend using a tracked delivery service, or Royal Mail special delivery.

When we send you an invoice you can pay this directly via the link sent with any credit or debit card, or via PayPal. You can also pay by bank transfer if you prefer, details where to make the transfer will be on the invoice.

Once your order is complete we will send a private link to take you to your files on our Dropbox business account.

You can then download your new files as often as you like, watch them online as often as you like, share the link we send with other friends and family as often as you like. You have complete flexibility to copy them and create backups as often as you like.

This link will remain valid for a year giving you lots of time to share, download, and backup your memories. We will contact you after 12months to see if you still want use of the link.

If you wish to you can have all your original tapes and photos returned.

On smaller orders we would add a £5 return postage charge if you wish to have your tapes returned. We hold all items for 4 weeks from completion of your order to give you time to ensure you are happy with the your new videos and comfortable with the cloud service or USB sticks. After that time we will always contact you to see if you are happy for us to dispose of your old tapes.
